SAFETY & COMMUNITY NORMS

Move at your own pace.

Foundup helps people meet, but no connection request, conversation, or meetup is an obligation.

If someone makes you feel unsafe, stop the conversation. Use the private block and report controls inside your chat.

Share gradually

Start with the broad problem or area you care about. Do not share confidential research, credentials, financial information, or your complete solution until trust has been earned.

Respect consent

A declined or unanswered request is complete—do not pursue the person elsewhere. Keep messages relevant, kind, and free from pressure, harassment, discrimination, or unsolicited promotion.

Meet safely

For a first meeting, choose a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport, and leave whenever you want. Keep exact meetup details private until both people agree.

Protect your account

Never share passwords, verification links, payment codes, or sensitive identity documents. Foundup will not ask for these inside a private conversation.
